Pre Liability Assessment
- Psychological or Physical

This assessment provides:
• Advice on Liability (Sections 9A and 11 A, Diagnosable condition).

• Advice on Provisional Liability - Liaison with nominated treating practitioner by Claims Intervention Psycholigists and Medical Consultants.

• Liaison with all relevant work place parties, including HR, Rehabilitation Coordinators and Managers Psychological and/or Physical Assessment.

• Treatment and Return to Work strategies

• Claim review summary for easy reference attached to each report 95% of reports completed in 7 working days.

• Reports can be completed within the Provisional Liability period (on request).

 

Independent Medical Examination
- Psychological or Physical

(Including Fitness for Work Conference with Nominated Treating Doctor, other treating practitioners or rehabilitation provider on request).

This assessment provides:

• Advice on continuing liability

• An objective assessment of the worker's disability.

• Previous management of the condition and evidence based recommendations for future management.

• Expectation of recovery and workers ability to perform duties.

• IMC & RTW Review aimed at influencing the nominated treating practitioner and improving RTW possibilities.
